Description

K600 is LA MONFERRINA's new press for the production of approx. 600 Kg/h of pasta.

Completely automatic, built with advanced technology resulting from years of experience.

Extremely reliable and simple to operate, the K600 can process any type of flour or bran, which makes them excellent for pasta factories.

The flour loading and the liquid dosing are fully automatic, the turbine premixing gives the mix a perfect moisturizing.

This mix is processed under vacuum and extruded with a specially shaped and polished worm screw.

The extrusion is performed with electronic pressure and temperature control.

Drawer-inserted die and automatic ejection system.

The machine, designed for 24-hour-a-day operation, is easy to operate and simple to clean.
