Polarimeter cell loading made easy with AutoFill option.

The Autopol V Plus and the Autopol VI models can have the AutoFill option. The specs of these would be the same as the base model. This is an ideal solution for busy laboratories like Chemical, Sugar, pharma, Food & Beverage laboratories. The AutoFill feature is an excellent choice where multiple users share a polarimeter as it enclurages the user to properly clean and dry the polarimeter cell after each measurement. Laboratories who work with caustic chemicals, acids an bases that prefer to not load the polarimeter cell by hand will appreciate being able to just pour the sample right into the easy to load AutoFill chamber.

The AutoFill features are as follows:

  • No need to inject samples with syringes. Samples are just poured in the AutoFill sample well.
  • Eliminate contact with acids and bases
  • The correct amount of cleaning solvents are used for each cleaning
  • Air dry is run for the correct amount of time to fully dry the cell

This accessory is an innovation from Rudolph which helps the chemists to fill the sample tube without any bubbles.

When held at the correct angle and filling the cell from the bottom inlet port, the cell is easily filled with no possibility of leaving any air in the cell.

This is an accessory which is portable and kept outside of the system. Rudolph recommends that Polarimeter cells should never be filled in the instrument to avoid damage due to spillagee of strong acids or bases.

By design, the filling station will hold the cell at a suitable angle. The user has to simply place the Polarimeter cell in the filling station and again fill the cell from the lower inlet. As the cell becomes fully loaded and sample begins to appar at the upper inlet, we need to cap off the upper, then lower inlets. Th cell now is fully loaded and air bubble free. The filling station includes a light that will go from darker to bright white when the cell is filled and air-bubble free.

Guest Paging System

Guest calling system consists of a Transmitter, Programmer and enough Coasters. The individual Coasters are programmed for a number and will be handed over to the Customer. When the specific number needs to be called, it can be done through the wireless transmitter.

Waiter Paging System

This is used in fine-dining restaurants. This consists of a Calling device, which would be placed one each on all the tables. The Waiters would be equipped with a watch-live device and this would be mapped to a specific table or tables.

When the patron calls from a specific table the particular waiter gets notified through his watch-like device and he would know which table to attend.

We also provide software to download the details of these. Further integration into the ERP is also possible as a project.
